REGOLE DEL BED AND BREAKFAST
The owners of the B&B La Perla di Roma, happy to receive happy to receive you wish to communicate the following regulations:

- It is possible to check-in between 01:00 pm and 08:00 pm, after which time a supplement of 15 € for room will be applied ( if informed at least 48 hours beforehand the penalty could be annulled).
- Check-outout is within 11:00 am.
- Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00.
- The room will be cleaned every day from 10:00 at 12:00, beyond that time the room will not be cleaned.
- The settlement off the account, when not paid before must be paid an arrival before consigning the keys.
- At the end of your stay you can leave your keys in the room.
- Together with your room keys you will be given the keys to the door of the apartment as well as the keys to the main door of the building. It is in your interest to take good care of there keys. In case of loss or damage you will be charged from your credit card or if you law paid in cash it can be agreed an the form of payment. This also applies to any damage to your room.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms (the balcony in the rooms can be used for this).
- It is forbidden to bring big or small animals in the room.
- Use moderate volume on the T.V.
- Only the number of people booked can stay in the room. Eventual guest non authorized must supply their identity papers and will be charged to the client who booked the room.
- The owner takes no responsibility for valuable objects left unguarded in the in case of theft, the client should notify the police.
